HNW8600-PS Rotary screw pump

 

     HNW8600-PS is designed specifically for oil pump and provides a wide, high-efficiency operating range. It incorporates trouble-diagnosis and timely-amendment to match current and future needs with novel design and precious made. It works with well-flushing valve, hot-washing fluid flows through rotor internal-chamber、run into oil tube、hot wash and wax removal in huge-duty. With HNW8600-PS, the effect of hot-washing is improved and the hot-washing period has been prolonged. Restricted by technological process, regular screw pump can’t play good role in hot-washing and wax-removal, long period to recover oil-yield, easy dropouts of pumping rod. Meanwhile, if hot-washing is huge-duty, the user needs lift stator by crab, the procedure is complicated and high-cost.

    The technical specifications:
1) actual discharge capacity 5-240 m3/d, head life 400-1500m, temperature below 90℃.
2) Bearing capacity 15MPa, no leakage.

    Open freely under 0.50MPa during hot-washing, close freely after release.
