1) HNW5500-SH is viscous sallow yellow liquid, with good emulsibility, widely used in the emulsification of water-base oil drilling fluid for directional and horizontal well and oil in-water drilling fluid for underbalanced well. HNW5500-SH oil in-water emulsifier performs the function of reducing water-loss and improving heat-resistant in water-base drilling fluid.
2) Oil-water drilling fluid formulated by HNW5500—SH emulsifier has suitable shearing force, because of this, drilling fluid has the characteristics of good rheological and transport behavior. HNW5500-SH emulsifier is designed by special molecular structure, combined with heat-resistant group material. Greatly improved the heat-resistant to 170℃. HNW5500-SH emulsifier can be formulated in oil in-water drilling fluid which contains 60%-70% oil and 30%-40% water, the density of drilling fluid can be lower to 0.93g/cm3,meeting the demand of underbalanced and sub-balanced drilling water. 3) The advantages of Oil in-water drilling fluid formulated by HNW5500-SH emulsifier: a) the density of drilling fluid can be lower to 0.93g/cm3, meeting the demands of underbalanced and sub-balanced well. b) The heat resistant can reach 170℃. c) Lower water-loss,<0.35ml in API and high temperature. d) Can keep reservoir energy. e) Suitable in horizontal and directional well. f) Simple formula, easy to use.
